You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
